Terms of Service
Please provide clear references.Either a 50% down payment or full payment upfront is required before any work is done on the commission. Paypal, Stripe (via Artistree), or GCash only.All payments are non-refundable.The final image without watermarks will only be sent if full payment is confirmed.No artwork is allowed to be re-sold, re-licensed, or utilized for AI or NFTs.The artist retains the copyright over the artwork, and has the right to display and promote all artwork.The client cannot take ownership, edit, or profit from the artwork.Commercial work is subject to additional terms and requires a contract in place.Communications are conducted through DMs (Discord preferred) or email. Weekly updates will be provided throughout the project duration.1st revision phase after sketch: max of 2 major revisions.
